At Midlothian Dental Center, we’re on-call 24/7 because sometimes the unexpected happens. If you think you have an emergency dental need, please call and alert us as soon as possible, so we can see you quickly.
We understand that dental emergencies can be very distressing. Here is what you should do before your same-day appointment: If you lost your tooth, do not touch the root. Leave the tooth in the socket if possible. If this isn’t possible, put your tooth in a glass of milk or water and bring it to your appointment. If your tooth is broken, put your tooth in a glass of milk or water and bring it to your appointment. Apply ice to relieve any discomfort. Finally, try not to panic. Most broken or lost teeth CAN be saved. The sooner you come in, the better.
